Introducing the Our Sea section of our Chalke Cinema Programme for the day will be Jonathan Thomson and Ned Holland, who will briefly discuss the overarching theme of this selection of films before screening two excellent short films:
Safeguarding our Seas: Lessons from Lundy – This film explores the impact of having a No Take Zone within the MPA at Lundy. The Lundy No Take Zone was established in 2003 and was the first legally enforced no fishing area in UK waters.
Seals and the Sea -A short documentary film about seals in Cornwall and the contrasting relationships they have with people across the country.
