to VAT and the prices indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT. CHF reserves the right to refuse admission to
the Festival. Under no circumstances are tickets to be photocopied or reproduced in any way. Tickets are not
transferable. Any tickets that are transferred or sold for commercial gain will be voided and the holder refused
entry to or ejected from the venues. It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be
rectified.

Carer entry passes are available from the box office at the festival. Please bring proof of your carer status such as
a Carer’s Allowance, Carer’s Credit letter, Carer’s Card, a letter confirming the recipient of benefits like

4. Prohibition on use of recording equipment

Under no circumstances are audio recorders, video recorders, mobile phones, cameras or other recording devices to be
used in the venues of the Festival. They may be seized by the Company’s representatives if used in a venue.

5. Cancellation policy

In the unlikely event that an event at the Festival is cancelled, a ticket holder will be offered the opportunity to
attend an alternative event of an equivalent value of the ticket originally purchased, subject to availability. If
the ticket holder does not accept the offer of a ticket at an alternative event or if there is no availability at
such alternative events at the Festival, CHF will provide a full refund.

6. Refund policy

No refunds can be given once a ticket has been bought.

7. Delivery of tickets

Delivery of tickets for entry and events at the festival will be sent electronically to the email address supplied at
the time of purchase. Please contact the ticket office if you require tickets to be sent by post or to be collected
at the festival main entrance during the event. The Company accepts no liability for any tickets which are sent to
the address supplied by the purchaser but which are not received. Replacement for lost tickets will not be posted to
the purchaser but will be available for collection at the Festival provided that the Company is notified via the
ticket office by telephone or in writing in advance of the loss of the tickets and suitable identification is
provided at the ticket office.

liable for any loss of enjoyment or wasted expenditure. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and
accommodation relating to an event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
Nothing in these terms and conditions seeks to exclude any liability of the Company for death or personal injury
caused by its negligence, fraud or other type of liability which cannot by law be excluded or limited.
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and any disputes arising out of any transaction with
The Company are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
