Marcus Tregoning is a racehorse trainer based in Whitsbury (13 miles away from Broadchalke). He started training racehorses in 1997 and has been at Whitsbury since 2013. Among his numerous successes has been eight Group 1 winners (the highest level) including the 2006 Derby winner, Sir Percy. His two other exceptional horses were Nayef and Mohaather.
