Sarah Winckless

Sarah is a highly experienced executive leadership coach, working with individuals and teams to drive sustainable competitive advantage. Her focus is on enabling each team member to reach their full potential while aligning to a clear collective direction, informed by her fascination with neuroscience and a deep belief in human potential.

Alongside her coaching work, Sarah has held significant leadership roles, including serving as Chef de Mission for Team England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, leading over 400 athletes and 150 support staff. An Olympic bronze medallist (2004) and double World Champion rower, she is also the first female umpire of the Men’s Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race and has served as a Non‑Executive Director, including on the UK Anti‑Doping Board. Sarah js the Patron of the Scottish Huntington’s Association and was awarded an MBE in 2015 for services to sport and young people.
