Dr Zack White is an award winning historian and podcaster, based at the University of Portsmouth. He hosts the Napoleonic Wars Podcast, Europe’s leading show devoted to the period. When he’s not leading battlefield tours or restoring Napoleonic veterans’ graves for the Napoleonic & Revolutionary War Graves Charity, Zack can be found working on the history of the British Army, the East India Company, military law and the impact that the Napoleonic Wars had on ordinary people. His most recent book was an edited collection on siege warfare during the period entitled An Unavoidable Evil.
