Brave Fish Yoga

Clare Allen has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 25 years. Her yoga story began as a 22-year-old student, when she picked up a copy of The Mahabharata from the dusty shelves of a book swap in a Hare Krishna restaurant, igniting a passion that has remained with her throughout her life.

She trained to be a teacher in an ashram in Southern India and has since experienced many different styles of yoga and movement from all over the world. Her teachings weave together varied movement practices with the sacred strands of the ancient traditions, prompting students to look far beyond the physical dimension of yoga.

Yoga can welcome us home to ourselves and to our communities and help us to recognise that we are not alone, that we are valuable and that we all have a unique and important dharma to fulfil.
