They will be exploring how apples have been used since ancient times to produce apple cider vinegar – a product valued not just for its flavour, but for its potential health and preservation benefits. Visitors will have the opportunity to try a range of traditional apple-based products, including Roman posca, medieval shrubs, and 18th-century apple water, offering a taste of history. Whether you’re a history buff, a foodie, or simply curious, the Orchard 101 stand will engage all the senses.
Orchard 101 will be at the festival Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
