Simon Warrack

Simon Warrack read Renaissance History at the University of Warwick and then having decided to work in the field of conservation attended the Building Crafts Training School in London. Following a four year apprenticeship at Canterbury Cathedral where he was responsible for the working drawings for the West façade and North West Tower he moved to Venice where he attended the San Servolo Course (UNESCO) and the ICCROMUNESCO Stone Conservation Course. He went on to work on heritage sites all over the world learning to adapt to the needs of diverse cultures and religions in more than 30 different countries. He has shared his knowledge in training programmes, publications and documentaries.
